BRIDGING SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE
FROM CODE TO COMMISSIONING
For me, automation is more than just a profession—it's a passion that drives me to seamlessly blend software and hardware into cohesive, efficient systems. From the moment I write the first line of code to the final on-site commissioning.
WHAT I DO
I don’t just create programs; I bring them to life, ensuring that every element—from PLCs and robots to drives and sensors—works in perfect harmony. My goal is to deliver solutions that are not only technically sound but also deeply satisfying to see in action, knowing that every detail has been crafted with precision and purpose.

AUTOMATION
I have extensive experience working with a variety of PLCs, including Siemens, Turck, ABB, and Omron. My expertise extends to configuring and commissioning SEW-Drives, utilizing MOVISUITE software. I also have a strong background in RFID technology, having developed software for Turck's RFID systems and commissioned Siemens RFID readers in the automotive industry.
Additionally, I’ve worked with process-specific systems, such as KISTLER presses, Atlas Copco gluing stations, and camera systems from KEYENCE and Turck.

PROGRAMMING
Every project has unique demands, which is why I’m trained in all popular PLC programming languages, including Ladder, FBD, Structured Text (ST), and GRAFCET, as well as HMI design tools from various providers. My specialties are Siemens TIA and CODESYS.

Moreover, my foundational knowledge in high-level programming languages like Python, Visual Studio, and JavaScript enables me to collaborate effectively with software developers on larger projects and contribute to debugging efforts.

ROBOTICS
I bring substantial field experience with DENSO robots, using both WINCAPS and ABB’s RobotStudio software. My hands-on work includes designing, programming, and commissioning a small robot cell for trainees, featuring a DENSO 6-Axis robot with a KOSMEK tool changer module. I also developed software for a SCARA robot, allowing it to accurately pick and place micro-sized parts using multiple calibration cameras.
My experience extends to providing extensive service and support for existing robotic cells, including the addition of a needle sensor and the programming of the robot, PLC, and HMI to calibrate movements around a gluing station.

COMMISSIONING
Thorough commissioning is essential to prevent unnecessary faults and construction errors that can lead to costly delays. In large projects with multiple partners, even minor human errors—such as an incorrectly wired plug or a misconnected sensor—can cause significant issues down the line.
Software bugs or schematic errors can also escalate if not addressed early. This is why I specialize in commissioning. While others may conduct only superficial electrical checks (e.g., "the sensor light is on, so it must be fine"), I perform deep, systematic I/O checks, cross-referencing with both EPLAN and the software. This ensures that each device not only functions but also performs as intended.
I also verify that pneumatic and mechanical components are properly adjusted to ensure smooth operation throughout the process.

DATA MANAGEMENT
With experience in both the automotive and PCB production industries, I have supported companies in managing data transfers between machines or from machines to plant systems. Examples of my work include integrating material and production data from PCBs to SAP and MicrosoftSQL directly through PLCs, as well as implementing proprietary standards used in the automotive industry and battery production
